Ricardo Figueiredo operates as the company’s General Manager. Rick has a background in office administration, sales management and legal works. He holds a Business Administration Bachelors Degree (B.B.A.), specializing in Business Law.

John de Jong

Chief - Production

John manages operations for our oven construction teams and general operations. Grounded in an extensive background in dough production and classical pastry education from the Netherlands, John has spent years perfecting his intricate understanding of wood fired oven baking and construction.

Harry Maddox

Harry Maddox

Operations Manager

Harry Maddox has over 30 years of experience with warehouse operations, quality control, commercial construction and landscaping. Harry oversees all of our in-house production and on-site installs, and his extensive experience is a perfect match for production of the highest quality ovens.

Alberto De Dios Luna

Alberto De Dios Luna

Shipping Manager / Senior Oven Technician

Alberto handles all of our inventory, shipping and packaging for our tools, mixers and ovens. It’s a big job – our ovens are thousands of lbs each! With an expert knowledge of our ovens and well-rounded background in warehouse shipping and general construction, he ensures quality delivery, every time.

Operations - Metal Fabrication

Eliu Patrocinío has over 12 years of professional welding experience and 5 years of restaurant management in the New York area. Eliu graduated at the top of his class and now manages the metal fabrication department for oven customization at Forza Forni.

Nick Alessandro

General Contractor / Appliance Specialist

With a background in commercial restaurant equipment and maintenance mechanic work, Nick is able to juggle a variety of projects from mixer maintenance to test kitchen remodels. He’s able to assemble burner systems, electronic ignition systems, and much more.

Sales Executive

Alex began in the pizza business at the age of 14, and spent nearly 15 years developing and growing his own multi-unit pizzeria concept. Combining this with a Bachelors degree in Business Management, he is well-versed in planning, opening, and operating successful pizzerias.

Tessa Dickinson

Tessa Dickinson

Office Administrator

With a background in office management, Tessa helps with addressing client’s needs, overseeing freight and shipping operations, as well as managing daily office tasks. She’s the first person you’ll speak with when calling Forza Forni!

Manny Arthur

Manny Arthur

Multimedia Designer

Manny handles social media, advertising, spec sheet and web and print designs for Forza Forni. He also creates tile designs for all ovens – specifically tailored for each client. With his 15 years of experience in design, he makes sure the Forza Forni brand is held to a higher standard. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts specializing in Design.
